Membership Secretary's Message

It is my pleasure to report that our membership records are now up to date and I want to thank everyone for their cooperation during the past year, especially those that responded to the first dues notice.  In the future you should receive a notice about 60 days before your membership expiration date and a confirmation card, with your new expiration date within two weeks.  If you have sent in dues and were not notified of your new membership expiration date let me know.

I noticed that a number of individuals did not return their dues letter and used the renewal forms on the web or in the Heliogram.  While the other methods get the job done, I prefer that you return the entire dues letter with address corrections so that I can keep the records up to date.  If your address has changed be sure to include your new telephone number and e-mail address.

You may not know it but the address information for the Heliogram and Journal mailing labels is taken from the membership files so don't forget us when you move.  It is important that we have your current mailing address in the membership files so that we can send dues notices and ensure that publications reach you.  Click here to go to a change of address form that can be printed and mailed to keep your records up to date. 

While we no longer use the 1-800 telephone number you can get a message to me at campmembership@msn.com and I will try to keep this page up to date with the latest membership information.  I have also posted the membership mailing address so you don't have to search for it.

If you are a Corporate Member using a subscription service and have a problems receiving publications we ask that you contact us directly.  When you notify the subscription service of a problem they must contact us.  We then provide them the solution that they, in turn, send to you.  We realize that the subscription service is your agent for paying membership fees, but we prefer to deal directly with our members to solve problems with minimum delay.  So feel free to contact us anytime.
